1. General Information
Grand Drive (The Organizer) is a private touring automotive event, not a race. Participants are strictly prohibited from competing with other participants, or placing bets related to the event. Any competitive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. You must drive with care and attention for your own safety and the safety of others.
By completing and submitting the registration form, the customer makes a binding request and agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration
By completing and submitting the registration form on the Organizer’s website, the customer makes a binding request to participate in the event. Registration must be submitted through the online registration form on the website.
The contract is only considered concluded once the Organizer sends the customer a registration confirmation. No specific form is required for this confirmation, and it is typically sent electronically via email.
Together with the registration confirmation, the customer will receive an invoice for the agreed participation fee.
Each event organized by Grand Drive is subject to a strict limit on the number of participating vehicles. Once the maximum capacity is reached, no further registrations can be accepted. Participation is therefore granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is only secured upon receipt of full payment.
Only vehicles defined by the Organizer are eligible to participate in Grand Drive events.

3. Participation Fee
The participation fee must be paid according to the due dates stated on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in removal from the event and allocation of your place to the next participant on the waiting list.
4. Age Requirements
All drivers participants must be 18 years of age or older.
5. Compliance with Laws
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every country traveled through, including but not limited to traffic laws, speed limits, vehicle safety requirements, and laws on alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances.You may only participate with the vehicle registered for the event unless expressly authorized by the Organizer. Participation is personal and non-transferable. Withdrawals for any reason do not entitle the participant to any refund.
6. Participant Responsibility
Grand Drive is not responsible for any refusal of entry or exit from any country or city, nor for any associated costs. All such costs are solely the responsibility of the participants.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants must act responsibly and respectfully throughout the event.
A credit card must be provided at accommodations to cover any extras or damages.
Participants must not:
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
- Drive while unfit, fatigued, or otherwise unable to do so safely.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its representatives against any claims arising from your actions, legal violations, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Licence and Insurance
Drivers must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s licence. Vehicles must be properly insured as required by each country visited.
10. International Compliance
Each participant is responsible to prepare their car and know, understand, and comply with any applicable driving laws of any country they visit during the event.
11. Event Branding
Participants agree to display official Grand Drive and sponsor stickers placed on your vehicle at all times during the event. You are responsible to keep all stickers’ clean and visible at all times. All stickers are non-permanent and are easy to remove and will not leave any damage to your vehicle. The organisers are therefore not responsible for any claims of damage to your vehicle as a result of applying or removing of such stickers. Failure to display stickers may result in immediate removal without refund.
12. Team Sponsorship
Personal sponsorships require prior written approval from the Organizer. Unauthorised branding must be removed immediately; otherwise, the participant may be excluded without refund.
13. Refund Policy
NO refunds of any kind including the entry fee will be made under any circumstances (including, without limitation, if at any point after you have entered the Event (i.e. after paying any sum towards taking part in the Event) you are unable to participate for any reason.
There will not be any refunds during the whole period of the event. If you are unable to continue in the event for any reason whatsoever the Organiser will NOT make any refunds of the entry fee or pay compensation to you. The Organisers reserve the right to change the event schedule without prior notice if and when they wish to do so. Any participant dropping out of any part of the event for any reason will not be entitled to any compensation
If the execution or continuation of the event is substantially impaired, endangered, or rendered impossible due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (“force majeure”), both Grand Drive and the customer are entitled to terminate the contract. Force majeure includes natural disaster, pandemics, armed conflicts, political unrest, strikes, or official governmental restrictions. In the event of termination due to force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed for all payments already made for services not rendered. Any additional claims for compensation are excluded, unless the damage results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Grand Drive.
14. Violation of Terms
If any participants violate these Terms or fail to follow Organizer instructions may be prohibited from any or further participation in the event without refund.
15. Right of Refusal
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or to cancel the event at any time, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
16. Image Rights
All participants acknowledge and consent to be photographed and to be included in any filming of footage documenting the event. You hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and grant the organiser full and complete permission to utilise and exploit your appearance in the event in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity.
You also agree that the Organiser have the sole discretion to use or refuse to use any photographs or footage in which you appear, and that if the Organiser does use such photographs or footage, it may be edited at the Organiser’s sole discretion. You consent to the use of your name, image, likeness, voice and biographical material about you in connection with any and all footage, publicity and related promotional material and for any and all publicity and promotional purposes. You expressly release the Organiser and all its employees, consultants, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which you have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of photographs, footage or any promotional materials.
Participants may record footage only for personal, non-commercial use, unless written authorization is granted.
17. Grand Drive Branding
Grand Drive logos and branding may not be used without written authorization, except for official event stickers.
18. Terms and Conditions Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
19. Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Chur, Switzerland, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
